Going from bottle to sippy cup is not fun for baby or mom. Giving up that bottle gets even harder when you now add a sippy cup into the mix. Which ones do you get? The soft tip, hard tip, Dora or Disney princes? I have found that the best one that we have tried is from Playtex. The reason my daughter might have taken to this one best is because she had the same brand bottle, but I don't think that is the whole reason. And there is one thing I like better than all the others, this one actually DOESN"T leak. All the others claimed to not leak, but this one I actually put in my purse without worrying. The cup is called the Insulator and as per it's name, it is insulated as well as leak proof. I have seen them at Wal-Mart and at Target and I assume they are at most big retailers as well as places like Babys'r'us. My daughter has no trouble getting liquid out of these spouts and they come in lots of cute designs. The girl ones have flowers or crowns and the boy ones have trucks and dinosaurs. They also carry some of the disney characters. The lid on these cups have a locking device and you have to just make sure you twist it past this point. There is one draw back which is that there is a plastic seal on the inside of the lid which you need to take out when you wash it and make sure you put it back in the right way. There is an arrow that helps you know which way to put it back in, so it is pretty easy, just an extra 30 seconds. So that is my favorite sippy cup so far.
